Hello HUM drivers and riders! We’re excited to announce the release of the latest round of app updates. We greatly appreciate all the feedback and advice we’ve heard from the community, and now, the time has come to implement that feedback into actual changes to elevate your experience. Our primary focus is on fortifying the stability of the new apps to pave the way for future enhancements for everyone. This new platform will provide the framework for us to grow and scale further.
HUM Rideshare
Several changes have come to the HUM Rider app to improve the interface and app navigation and deliver a more personalized rideshare experience. Furthermore, the app now has identical appearances on both iOS and Android platforms for seamless consistency.
HUM Driver
The HUM Driver app has received several overhauls in order to ensure the greatest ease of building and maintaining your own rideshare business. Chief amongst these changes is an updated interface, making it easier to track ride history and fare earnings, as well as new filters that clearly separate scheduled rides from on-demand rides. Along with the rider app, HUM Driver also now has identical layouts on iOS and Android.

- Luxury: A new classification of vehicles to elevate your experience even further.
- Ride Start OTP: A one-time pin provided to both rider and driver assures that both parties are in the right place at the right time. This additional security ensures a safe ride for everyone.
- Heat Maps for drivers: Looking for rides? Heat maps will show you where HUM is busiest in real-time to find more rides
- Favorite Drivers: HUM’s core focus is allowing riders to continuously book drivers they know and trust. Future updates will streamline this experience, allowing riders to “Favorite” specific drivers within the app.
- Multiple Destinations: HUM drivers get you where you need to go, whether that’s point A to point B, or multiple stops along the way. Future updates will allow riders to request multiple destinations within the app so that their ride is tracked as accurately as possible.
