How to Download

The HUM Driver app is available for free download in the App Store and Google Play. Upon downloading, users are agreeing to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Zero Tolerance Policy. Drivers can find a brief summary of the agreements they will be signing to by clicking on our “Start Driving” tab.

Currently, HUM is active in the Phoenix market and will only be accepting drivers that are able to pick up from this location.

Subscription Models

Selecting an appropriate subscription model that suits your lifestyle and your vehicle type is essential. We offer different models depending on your payment preferences (monthly or annually,) number of passengers you want to/can drive, and size of your vehicle.

Our most inexpensive plan is a monthly payment for sedan drivers, who can fit up to four passengers ($29.95/mo). This plan can pay for itself after only two average rides. For extra large vehicles, fitting up to six passengers, the annual subscription is usually priced at $479.40, but we are currently offering it for only $359! After 18 average rides with your extra large vehicle, your subscription can pay for itself!  

Next Steps

• Once downloaded, drivers can begin their enrollment process. This includes a background check and other required documents. Once approved, you will receive a notification from us for app activation. From there, you can officially start your driver journey with HUM!
